What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, optional company, budget and message content
• Order form: name, email, phone, order notes
• Server logs: IP address, browser type (for abuse prevention, max 30 days)
• Analytics (if enabled): anonymous page-view data (Plausible) or cookie-based (Google Analytics 4)

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed only to respond to you, fulfill orders and ensure site security. Legal basis: contractual necessity (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

Third-party sharing

Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Only the following technical service providers may access it: email service provider, hosting provider and the selected analytics provider.

Retention period

Contact and order messages are retained for 5 years (Turkish Code of Obligations limitation period). Server logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 (and equivalent GDPR rights) you have the right to: request information, correction, deletion, object to processing and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@mahmutgurbuz.com.tr; we will respond within 30 days.
